Hi and welcome! I am the creator of this new blog, created just for Old Time Christmas Store! I am going to use this blog to share my latest creations of Christmas with my readers. Let's start with discussing this photo of a unique original floral arrangement which was made whimsically one evening by me! I spotted a picture on facebook of a floral arrangement that seemed to jump out at me and it looked similar to this arrangement in my photo. Being the way that I am, which is extremely whimsical, I ran outdoors at once and began gathering my supplies in order to create one of my own! This photo shows the final result! I used the bloom heads off of my Autumn Joy Stonecrop plants which were still green and not yet turning their Fall red colors. I added green red tip leaves, real crabapples from my neighbor's tree (with permission, of course!), and also added a few tiny little spirals of wild grapevine. I weaved the grapevine ever so carefree around the arrangement to add a slight woodsy touch. This arrangement came out very well, and has been displayed on my kitchen table for over a month and it is still beautiful, even if I do say so myself! I love to take a photo and to use the ideas from it to create my own originals with! I hope you enjoyed this post and perhaps you will also try your own hand at creating a floral out of whatever you have growing in your own yard!
